Returns and Refunds
In case you wish to return anything you purchased from us, you can send your order or parts of your order back to our warehouse for a refund of goods.
The only thing we ask is that the goods are returned to us unused in the original packaging
As carriage costs are not retrievable, we are unable to refund any carriage costs.
The supplier must be notified within 3 working days of receipt of goods.
Refunds will be made on unmodified standard items only.
Goods must be unused and in original packaging.
A re-stocking charge of 20% of Invoice value plus collection charge will apply.
If you are not happy with the goods received or have a query about your purchase please call us on 01675 464224 We are open 9:00 – 5:00 Monday to Friday or email firstname.lastname@example.org .
We try to respond to messages within 48 hours, please bear with us on occasions as volumes of emails can increase. If you do not receive a reply to your email within 4 days, it may mean that we have not received your email. If so could you forward a copy of your email to email@example.com we will respond as quick as possible.
For Returns please contact us via firstname.lastname@example.org or call us on 01675 464224 we will issue a Returns Authorisation Code.
Returns should be authorised within 14 days from the date of delivery to you.
All refunds will be processed within 7 days from the day the return was received by our warehouse and made to the account/card used for the original purchase.
Your statutory rights remain unaffected.
